And this awareness among people is in part due to celebrities. Singers, movie stars, and other influentials are now taking to social media to post pictures of them at the gym, exercising, doing yoga, or indulging in nutritious meals.

Goes without saying that The Rock is our ultimate fitness goal. Before he was all over the box office charts, Dwayne Johnson was making a career for himself in wrestling. Since then he has dedicated most of his time to physical fitness, training, and special diets that help him bulk up. For his movie Hercules he went on a 22-week diet, while for ‘G.I. Joe: Retaliation’ it was a rigorous 14-week diet.

From his days on GoT to his upcoming turn as Aquaman in Justice League, Jason Mamoa follows a strict fitness schedule to maintain his figure. Can you believe he’s 48 years old? His workout routine follows a classic progressive overload plan to build strength on basic lifts like the bench press, deadlift, and squats.
