An anal fissure is a small tear in the thin, moist tissue (mucosa) that lines the anus. An anal fissure may occur when you pass hard or large stools during a bowel movement. Anal fissures typically cause pain and bleeding with bowel movements.
I would suggest you to use over the counter stool softeners.such as ispaghol husk.
    Drink more fluids.
Take fiber supplements and eating more fibrous foods, such as raw fruits and vegetables.
taking warm baths called sitz baths to relax the anal muscles, relieve irritation, and increase blood flow to the anorectal area.
