Chest bone pain can be due to many reasons such as Costochondritis which is inflammation of the junctions where the upper ribs join the cartilage that attaches them to the breastbone (sternum). Costochondritis causes localized chest wall pain and tenderness that can be reproduced by pushing on the involved cartilage in the front of the rib cage.As its been 6 to 7 months you are suffering so i would suggest you to go for an X ray chest AP+Lateral view and then consult with an orthopedic surgeon .Referring you some experienced specialist whom you can consult.
Thank you for sending the details, can you please tell me if this is something serious? Or its not? I will definitely going to get in touch with the doctor, however these 2 those you have suggested are based in Lahore, I am in Karachi, can you please suggest some good doc in Karachi? Appreciate your help.
Continue ans prolonged pain should be relieved and get checked,First we need a diagnosis to treat the condition so dont worry all these i mentioned are provisional diagnosis.Referring you orthopedic surgeons in karachi so you can consult with them.
Thank you Dr. I will definitely going to get in touch with the Dr.
