I m getting fat day by day my height is 5 ft 10 inches weight is 106 and have fat on my stomach and my cheast other parts are normal not fat .?

Cut down extra fats and carbohydrates in your diet. Consume fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk foods and fizzy drinks. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water daily. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Add at least 40 mins of exercise (gyming, jogging or brisk walk) in your daily routine.
