    Junk food although high in palatability but it is low in fiber, high in fat and sugar. Junk food intake tends to weight gain. Adopting a balanced diet entails eating foods that provide your body with optimum nutrition. It will ideally consist of fresh vegetables and fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean proteins and plenty of water helps you in losing weight. I would advise you to adopt a balanced diet and exercise at least 40 minutes per day.
