I'm assuming you are married? How long have you been trying? Describe any symptoms you may have? By the sound of things, if you are not getting menstruation then you may have ovarian failure. You need to have blood tests (at the very least know your FSH levels) and be seen by a gynecologist for appropriate treatment/referral. Do get further advice from a GP if offered for free on this website, otherwise go straight to a gynecologist/endocrinologist.
